This game was really cool, and I really enjoyed playing it.
The music was great, and having dynamic music was awesome. Art fit really well, and the general style of the game was cool. My main feedback would have been the randomness of the planets that come up (I spent quite a while waitinf for a water planet to water my flowers :c) but I'm not really sure how something like that could be balanced.
Overall great game, congratulations! :D
For such a chill and lovely game (loooooved the music changes), it was weirdly infuriating. Waiting for planets is very boring, especially when you finally have a pickaxe after hoping from rock planets to rock planets without being able to do anything, but then the game refuses to give you the planet you want.
It's even worse when you can see a planet pass by but it's too far for you to jump to it.
I also had a sprinkler disappear on my while accidentally right clicking while jumping on an ice planet (I was bored waiting of a grass one).
And finally, the controls are a bit of a mess. I hate pressing enter to confirm various stuff when I'm already playing with WASD + mouse. Just confirm stuff with space, it's right there! :D Every time I wanted to craft something I ended up making 2 or 3 useless press (like clicking on an item with the mouse, then trying to confirm with space and exit the menu with escape).
But I really liked the game anyways, it's just that I'm a little sad it couldn't be better.
It had nice idea and first it felt well done, though later in game I saw bugs and I assume this isn't finished or sprinkles have gamebreaking bug as I couldn't get any further in game. I placed flowers all over planet, but water in sprinkles. Well flowers just blink as dead and alive when sprinkles had water in them, until they ran out. Maybe sprinkles should not use water if there are no flowers nearby, as you need to have luck to water planet come nearby. And with bucket bug, you really can only have one water bucket, trying to use only one uses them all. Otherwise it was cute and I liked how music changed in different planets, bit in theme of planet too. As there are many planets, you want to hop around, but get easily stuck with no way getting back to home planet. In second try I knew you should only jump at one planet and then return back. This is small flaw here, and players want planet-hopping, so you should add something with you can return to homeplanet - maybe rope? And you need to make rope longer to get planets further away? And planets would orbit in predictable manner, not just randomly bouncing. Which also would fix planet collision problem. Overall, I liked this entry :)

Cool game, but a bit flawed. Having to rely on unpredictable movements of planets with no way to orient yourself makes it really hard to accomplish much. I managed to get up to the point of covering my home planet with flowers. I tried to gather resources for sprinklers but I ended up getting stranded on some random planets and couldn't manage to get back. It's shame because what I did play was really cool and wanted to reach the end. For what's it worth the presentation is super well done. The graphics look great and I love how the music changes as you jump to different planets.

Cool concept but it took me way too long to figure stuff out. Eventually I think I was too far away to ever get back to my home planet.

It's a cool concept of a game but due to some issues I wasn't able to beat it! Planet hopping is a neat idea that you seem to have implemented pretty well. The graphics were cute and I liked how the music faded into a different version seamlessly when planet hopping. I've wanted to play with dynamic music for one of my games one day but haven't gotten the chance! It's a great fit for Planet Keeper and works well.
Some miscellaneous feedback in no particular order:
- Being able to select items with 1, 2, 3 etc. keys would be nice.
- It would help if objects that you're hovering with the mouse and about to interact with would be highlighted in some way.
- Waiting for planets to come by got a bit boring occasionally. Especially when you hopped a couple planets away and were stuck out there unless another planet flew right between your planet and the home planet.
- It took me a while to figure out how to use the crafting menu. My first instinct (for whatever it's worth) was trying to click the item on the list that I wanted to craft.
Here are some bugs I found. The water bucket bug was why I wasn't able to progress. Or maybe I just was supposed to do something entirely different but didn't figure it out.
- As I was trying to fill up multiple sprinklers at the same time, I went out to fill multiple water buckets. After emptying one of the filled buckets into a sprinkler, the inventory gets all screwed up and I don't have any filled buckets anymore.
- Sometimes planets will collide with each other so that they either just get stuck next to each other or completely overlap. When you hop on an overlapped duo of planets, it's near impossible to get out, but I managed to do it after a while.
- Filling a water bucket on a water planet but not picking it up before the planet starts moving again leaves the bucket stationary in space.
Here's a video that I started recording just to show the water bucket bug but ended up finding the other bugs as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q5UEidSOEsE. It's just silent gameplay for the most part. Timestamps: 0:00 water buckets, 0:30 planets getting stuck, 3:03 water buckets again, 5:50 planets getting stuck in another manner, 8:35 water bucket item gets left behind after the water planet starts moving.

Nice job! Love the music, especially how it changes based on which planet you're on. Jumping from planet to planet to get materials is really cool, though as some people have mentioned the planets sometimes take a long time to get close enough. Was there a way to make the sprinklers stay on without constant refilling?

Cute little game, love the idea behind it and would love to see it developed further. It seems a bit unfinished gameplay-wise in its current state, had to wait for a long while for planets to pass by, and two of my play sessions had planets colliding and merging, making me unable to jump. Excellent visuals and music, definitely something I want to play once it's done!

I absolutely love the aesthetics and sound design of this game! The way the music changes as you jump to different planets is so cool, and the character animations are adorable. The gameplay is definitely too slow though; I played for like 10 minutes and 90% of the time I was just waiting for the next planet to come by. I also ran into a glitch where two planets clipped into each other, and after landing on them I wasn't able to escape. I think some extra polishing to the design is needed, but I love the concept and the game feel!
