I managed appease only 3/10 gods, others punishements I beat. I liked this game, it had good visuals and music, also lot of stuff going on. Maybe there could have been small things done otherwise, like Eric said about gods just taking things from you. Instead better would have been you deciding when you give them. Also. Interpretation of theme was maybe bit farfetched though Game was bit too long for retrying pleasing more gods, but hey I beat it :)

I'm gonna have to admit, I had to look up what the word interloper meant :p
It took me a couple of tries to win, but I managed to do it which means the game is balanced, well done there. I found myself writing down the prices of everything to plan out what my next step would be while playing, the mix of action/strategy was very nice. The one ting I didn't understand was how to get gold, but in the run whee I win I managed to do 5/10 gods so no big deal.
My main feedback would be that the gods don't just pluck the items out of your inventory, I found myself sometimes mistakenly passing close to a god and losing items I needed for other stuff. Another feedback is that it would have been nice to have indicators on the progress on the different gods, sometimes the dialogue option that appeared wouldn't tell me how much more it wanted.
This game was a lot of fun, and really well put together. Congratulations! :)

Really cool game, I like the concept and figuring things out more & more each run BUT the game was too grindy for me too be able to finish it. I feel like I understood everything but I'm a few runs away from completing it just because I didn't optimized a route.
Even drinking takes sooooo much time :( And the gauge empties so fast, and the days go by even faster!
Maybe if there wasn't 80+ games I'd try to beat it, but at this point I feel like I get it, and it's really cool, but a little too unbalanced/hard for me.

That's totally fair, the game is for sure meant to be played multiple times and I get not having enough time for it. Still, I'm glad you gave it a shot!

Wow, that was cool! It took me a few tries to understand everything enough to beat it (I mainly didn't realise the herbs could heal and kept dying to skeletons) but it was definitely worth getting to the end. The survival and resource systems are really well put together and I like how the difficulty of the final battle depends on how much you were able to appease the gods.
The art style is really clean and appealing. It generally does a good job of communicating what everything does. I also really like the music. It's nice how it loops every day so you can sort of use it as time indicator.
The one bit I did find kind of annoying is that the god things automatically consume your items without your input. It sucks when you're saving something to trade then accidentally lose it all.

Thank you for the feedback, I'm glad you enjoyed the game!
Once I put in the trading system used for the other NPCs I probably should have made the gods use the same system, yeah. The justification in my head at least was that the gods were going to take what they damn please from you, but you're right that it wasn't the best for gameplay.
Thanks for playing!

Glad you enjoyed it! The herbs you can collect from the leafy bushes or buy from the shop heal you when you use them from the hotbar

Really great game. Even after beating it, I feel compelled to go back and try to appease more of them. A lot of different strategies, very cool. Some of the actions and the combat felt a bit slow, especially during the boss fight at the end. It ended up being rather easy to use objects as cover and sweep the gods. All in all though, great job, probably my favorite game I've played so far!

I'm glad you enjoyed it! If I had time I would have put in some sort of path finding for the enemies, but the game was already pretty ambitious so I decided to let them be a little stupid.
I also wanted a lot of the actions to take a long time because the game is a race against the clock, but I probably could have toned that down for a few of them.
Thank you for playing!

I had a really good time with this one, the pressure of trying to gather enough stuff in 5 days made the whole experience tense.
Is it possible to gather everything, though? I didn't even get close on my best run... It would be interesting if it was tricky, but possible, to get the good ending.

One of the gods refuses to take an offering from you, so the best you an do is 9/10. As to if that's possible, I'm not sure. I was never able to when I was playtesting, the best I did was 7/10 and that was a pretty tight run.
Glad you enjoyed it though!

I love the cute art style of the island, strong idea as well. I hope you flesh this idea out some more and carry on working on this after the project - great job!

Thank you! I plan to at least clean the game up with the feedback I get and put it on itch.io once the rating is done.
