Controls:
Movement: "Arrow keys". Drilling down: "Down key". Drilling to the sides: "Z + Left or Right". Restarting the room: "R". Buy: "Y".
Info:
The goal of the game is to drill down as far as possible. In the meantime, you can collect coins and gems to obtain items or boost your score. Who will dig down the lowest? Who will reach the lowest depth?
Insights:
The game is randomly generated and I thought it was useful to have a restart option just in case. There is a random chance for a bomb to drop, which could kill you and restart the game. The chance for a bomb to drop increases the further down you are. I did not know how to end the game, so I decided to add a message when you reach a depth of 200. Unfortunately, no music or sounds have been added due to time constraints.
Any feedback is appreciated!

Fun! Addictive! Easy to make a game that frustrates. This one doesn't. I'd love to have it on my phone, with auto save.
Graphics good enough for me not to impact immersion.

Lack of sound and below average art (Even though I really liked the block animation) make the gameplay the only kinda good part about this game.
But even though the randomized levels are a nice touch there's still something wrong with the design of the game itself, I'm talking about the bombs, I don't know what you were trying to do with them, but with no audio warning and the fact that they're barely visible behind you at this point they're basically just "Yup the game restarted with no reason". Another problem is the fact that either the shop appears too soon or the level doesn't spawn enough money (I'd just cut the prices to fix this.)
There are also some visual annoyances, like the drills showing even when you're not drilling, or the score not being visible when you're to the far right.
But the game is still playable, and if you focused a little bit more on the details it'd be a lot more fun to play.

The main focus when making the game was definitely the gameplay and the random generation aspect. The bombs are simply a way to add some difficulty to the game. Fortunately, changing of depth and adding of audio should not take long to add. There are some graphical problems with the input as you mentioned. Thanks for your feedback, I will try out your game as well.

Decent game. It's fun trying to see how far down you can go. The increasing bombs add a bit of excitement, but it's pretty frustrating when you lose a minute or so of digging because you can't get out of the way in time. The graphics are alright and I kind of like the effect when you drill a block. It could really do with some sound effects, though.

Solid gameplay. Sound would have been nice. Also, I always die to a random fireball that just engulfs me instantly. What's that about? Still, good foundation for a game. Could use more drones though. :p

I had fun playing and thought the player sprites were good. I didn't see the bombs the first 2 times I died, I think maybe they should drop in front of the player, or a bigger visual cue when they do spawn. I didn't make it to 200, I did get the better drill and get down pretty far, the bombs start dropping pretty crazy.

The theme is very strong in this game. Found the different sprites amusing and the bright sprites really make the game look playful and fun.
Otherwise, I don't feel like there's much game here. There's a good chance, especially the deeper you go that the game just randomly kills you with a bomb and you start over. The art looks great at first, but then there's this effect that makes the blocks get larger as they become damaged that really irks me.
Amusingly, I found out I could ascend the blocks instead by carefully jumping and digging to the right or left to build stairs and managed to dig my way off screen.

Its a fun concept, but I don't understand why the bombs keep falling. It literally just ends the game for no reason. I can't always get away fast enough so that's a pain to have to go back and restart. Also, there was some weird graphical stuff going on with the drill at times.
Instead of having bombs drop, there should be enemies or obstacles that I can do something about, rather than just hoping they don't drop on me.
The shop was a good idea though. Although I never actually got to one with enough money, without exploding first.

Haha I guess you were quite unlucky with the bomb drops. Anyway, I agree with you that it can be quite hard to get away from. The game punishes you for drilling straight down. Instead, it would be wise to drill certain blocks to the left or right in order to be able to jump there when a bomb drops. Alternatively, the staircase strategy should also be effective. I wanted to add turrets as enemies, however adding bombs was a lot quicker to do. The bombs also added more difficulty the further down. When I would have had more time I would have definitely changed the bombs and instead add enemies.
