Good start! I included it in my GM48: One Tool, Many Uses compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/VY1l7qmII10

Was able to move the crates, but it was really inconsistent. I think I was supposed to stack them but I used what seems like an exploit to make high jumps : throw the hook anywhere as long as it's connected, jump, and press right click while in the air. It let go off the hook and that's essentially a double jump.
Stuck at red roof as well :(

Really nice platforming and (when it worked) box throwing mechanics, it was pretty fun to mess around with the grapple hook.
The physics were a bit dodge with the hook pulling in and box throwing but when it did work it was super fun.
I got caught on I think the 4th or 5th level, in the room with a switch and a red roof, the switch didn't actually open the roof as I assume it is supposed to.
Definitely a decent start that with some polishing and finesse could be a fun game.

Confused by the third level (and lack of further info on the description), where the key was on the corner aside trashcans. What was I supposed to do? I tried jumping like an idiot while grappling in many different ways. At some point, it seemed like I grappled a trashcan and moved it up but it quickly got back in place, After that I kept trying grappling the shirt out of it but the player eventually... disappeared. Like, as if his position was shifted somewhere else. Weird lol

The movement mechanics were really solid and using the hook felt natural.
Just couldn't get past the (3rd?) level with the key under the crates. Tried twice, but I couldn't move them for some reason, even though it looks like I was supposed to be able to (pull them?) when I stood close and grappled.

I like the hook. It's well made and feels good to use. I also think the difficulty is very nice. It's challenging but anyone can play it. I got stuck in the same place as Joseph so I assume you missplaced the character.
The art is okay. I think it would be nice to zoom in with a view and replace the one colored blocks with something that fits the artstyle better. And I would love to hear some music!

The idea is cool, and the hook itself controls well once you hook onto something. Also fits the theme quite well as the hook allows you to do a lot of things.
On the other hand, I can tell that you ran out of time, as a lot of things don't work. For example, it took me a long time to figure out how to move the crates, and when I did it still felt strange to do. I did manage to make it to the level with switch and the red ceiling above you (level 3 or 4, can't remember), but hitting the switch didn't do anything and I couldn't get out, so I was essentially stuck.
It's a cool concept though, and I think a strong game could be made if it was worked on further and the bugs were ironed out. The thought of swinging boxes through the air with a hook sounds really fun. Could even use them as a weapon or something that way.
