You have been cursed by a wizard. Now, you're stuck in anti-gravity. Don't worry, though. There's a fix. It's just at the bottom of a platforming level made for a person with regular gravity.
- Two unique enemies!
- Cutting edge 5 tone graphics!
- A killer soundtrack consisting of an incredible song!
- A mute button!
Summary
Rise Below presents a creative reverse-platformer concept with effective visuals and a fitting color palette. While the core idea and theme execution were praised, some players found the level design lacking and gameplay becoming bland over time. Sound and music received generally positive remarks, and features like checkpoints were appreciated. Overall, the game was considered fun for a jam entry but had room for improvement in execution and design.

Interesting up side down gameplay. Got fairly bland after a minute or so, but the music was very nice.

Neat idea for a game. In practice it's basically the same as a normal platformer, but the visuals really help to sell the anti-gravity premise. The colour palette is nice and the sound/music is pretty good. I also like how you included checkpoints.

The idea is great! The execution not too much, the level design was kinda bad and with a lot of random blocks, while the sound and art were just above average.
I loved it though, for being a little jam game it was a ton of fun, and it was based on a really good take on the theme.

Mystery Mudokon: Level design is a huge weakness of mine. I'll focus on fixing that next time. as for the sound, I need to get faster at making it. Thanks for the feedback!
Bruce: Thanks for the feedback on the art. I'll try to improve that for next time.

"But maybe was there another way..." Is this an hint for a second ending? That reverse-platformer was really effective!

Sadly, there is no second ending, but I'd really love to have one. Right now it's just a joke. One day, though, I may just add it.
