The game is a simple simulation/concept piece, you have to make the right choices to avoid starting a war (for 8 hours!!!!!) It's meant to take the theme and show that sometimes the best way to handle violence is to not participate in the system that perpetuates it. (it's super preachy, sorry)

made in less than 10 hours, best tip I can give is this: dson't spontanously decide to make a game for a game jam halfway through the jam...

I like the idea, but I wasnt really sure what I was doing! Well done doing this in only 10 hours!

Like the idea, shame you couldn't do much with only 10 hours...
But at the same time I'm impressed you made that in only 10 hours. Nice job!
Next time, um, add the jam to yours schedules, would ya?

I'll let my PC on for 8 hours sometime to beat this game, mark my words.

    I don't understand, I typed 4 8 15 16 23 42 and the world still ended :(

Really nice idea :) I wish there was more prompts and not as direct as "star the war y/n", to make it more "playable" at first, but I like the concept

    Oops! I started a war!

It's a neat little idea, it'd be interesting to see what else could be done with it. The effects are pretty swell too.

It's a neat idea, seemingly not fully realised from your own description but it's cool you entered something and hey - maybe some day you'll come back to it and have the groundwork 😄

I started a war and got an error message at the same time 😵 it's a simple concept with some fun branching messages, not a bad idea which could make an interesting interactive story, it needs a little sounds but I liked the shaders and effects :)

I'd love to say I kept it playing for 8 hours to see what would happen but I respect my computer too much to do that to it. I understand the "game" is more about conveying a message but it could be made more interesting, or at least more gamey, if something was forcing you to make decisions (and this would be truer to life as well). Interesting concept.

I actually had a lot of fun with this game even though it was pretty short, maybe that's my fault lol.

The idea was simple and straight-forward with a great tie-in to the theme, I almost felt bad when I finally typed the wrong response after typing yes to "not start the war" a bunch and then accidently typing it again when it went back to asking if I wanted to start the war.

If there's more to the game that I missed out on, let me know and I'll go back and try for a different outcome

Thank you for sharing this game and I hope to see more from you in the future
