- I think you are aware, but the game lacks polish; attacks don't seem finished
- Avoid bright background. The pink background was kinda hurtful.

Lots of little issues like attacks not animating half of the time, or being stuck on the edges of the screen in the first level. But than you can attack shuriken to throw them back, which is pretty cool.
The story was a little too superhot-y for me, without bringing anything else to it. Music was cool, but it needed sounds, and overall more feedback during gameplay.
The title art was pretty good but the level were so empty... even an holodeck (VR/minimalist) look would have been nice, without being too much effort.
Speaking of efforts, the UI stuff was really, really bare bones.
And there's a bug with GMS2 in fullscreen which increases the framerate (and so the speed of the game if you're not using delta_time) on high refresh rate display, which makes most fullscreen GMS2 game unplayable for me. I managed to find a solution, but really, there's no reason to force the player to play on fullscreen in the first place.
PS: there's not point in allowing movement with the arrows if you have to use the spacebar AND the mouse at the same time too

The core gameplay is pretty cool - I like how you can bounce the enemies' attacks back. That said, it does lack a lot of polish. There really needs to be more feedback to make it clear when you hit an enemy or get hit and such.
The visuals are alright. The character sprites look good but the background is a bit bland. Music is good too but sound effects are sorely missing. The story was a bit hard to follow while playing but the twist ending was executed pretty well.

Interesting story! I included it in my GM48: Countdown compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/sIqVaQkuHIo

hahaha what the hell?
Was the story made up to justify the unresponsiveness? I just loved that. I would love to see you expand your designing abilities to make a game that has unresponsiveness, lag and glitches as part of the story and an integral part of the gameplay.
BTW the art on the computer bit was amazing!

Oh, I'm susrprised, didn't think that, the attack and move bug appeared on the final 1.5 hours and I could not resolve it. I was thinking in mess with the timers instead to make sense with the Gamejam Theme. I'm kinda new to gamedev stuff but feel I getting better (with my english too). Thanks a lot for the feedback.

Nice game! It could use a little more polish, as the movements and attacking is sometimes a little unresponsive. I like the music and the storytelling through messages :)

Thanks for the feedback, those bugs appeared on the end of the Jam and I could not solve it. Great you liked the music! I putted some extra effort to compensate my poor skill on that.

The story is pretty cool! I think the gameplay could be a bit more interesting, though. Maybe another enemy type?

Thanks for the feedback! My intention was to put at least one boss on the final room, but the core mechanic (Slashing and giving back the shurikens) take me so much time (I'm beginner with this game making stuff).
