The art is bad, some functions are unclear, people hated the key bindings, the sound effects stack and the volume multiplies, I spammed enemies instead of good level design, etc. Half was from running out of time, half was just not knowing how to fix it or that it should be fixed.
Use an arsenal of turtles to get through the explosive traps and find your way out.
SEE IF YOU CAN FIND THE SECRET EXIT!
disclaimer - controls WASD and num5, turtles can be thrown through walls and don't have to land to disarm the traps

What did the turtles do to you?!? Not cool, bro! My favorite part of this game was the game over screen, you totally deserved it.
As for the game per se, it was very difficult to use the turtles at all and the stages became insane really fast. But despite this, this game is fun.

It's an alright game with a few flaws. The idea of using of weapon is silly but it works and it can be fun fighting through the levels. However, the throw arc is pretty awkward and it's annoying how you can't aim up/down when the turrets can fire in all directions.
I actually kind of like the janky art style, especially the game over screen. The audio works well enough, too.
Why numpad 5, though? It seems pretty random and some keyboards don't even have a numpad. I know my old laptop didn't.

Nice turtle graphic, fun game! I included it in my GM48: Sacrifice compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/Ub8Q0nEDs3I

Pretty good game with a weird idea behind it, using turtles as ammo has something nice to it, and it felt good to make them blow up with the mines.
But the level design was really bad, the throwing button was kinda confusing, and the sound got kinda annoying.
I mean, I still had fun, but who wouldn't have fun by throwing turtles onto turrets and mines.

Dude never make an installer for a game jam.. it's really tedious when you try to play a lot of games, you're lucky so many people played it already.
There are a lot a flaws in the game, but the idea is fun. The thing is you seemed to have run out of idea pretty quick and the levels are just bad. You just stacked mines / turrets, it feels very random and the sound gets too annoying with so many shots.
I'm not sure what you should have done to make it better, but I think making it a sidescroller instead of top down could have been a lot more interesting. The angle of the throw is kinda weird too.
And what's up with the controls ? not everybody has a numpad, it's really weird to make us shoot with 5, arrows / wasd + spacebar is usually much simpler.

Good game, good concept, biggest flaw is the handwritten text/rushed art. Could've used more time to make it look better but the game itself is fun.

I liked the concept overall, I just think it needs a little feedback to know when a bullet hits you, great job.
