Description

WASD keys to move around. I wish i hadn't started the jam too late, or else this game would've been completed.

There's no sound due to random family members showing up to my house, so I could't record or do anything else peacefully, so my apologies before hand. It only has two rushed levels.

Super nice baby graphic! I included it in my compilation video series of all of the games from the GM48, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/Wy06AcGSYb8

Ahah, the second level was way easier :D (kept bursting the bubble in the first level right after getting in it). The way the baby controls was interesting, too bad there isn't more

The concept seems interesting and controlling the bubble is fun. The animations are also really good. Unfortunately it's very unfinished so there isn't much else to comment on.

Yeah, it's obvious it isn't finished :/ controls feel a bit awkward as well, I think the baby lacks friction

EDIT: Oh no, I didn't mean the actual controls but the way you control the character (the way it moves)

althouuuugh yes, wasd is a much better standard than the arrow keys BUT keep in mind that some people have azerty keyboards, meaning that instead of having wasd, they have zqsd. So yeah, wasd is the best to control your character by far but keep in kind that some keyboards have zqsd instead; meaning that if you don't allow the player to switch between the two, anyone with a zqsd keyboard will have a veeeeryy hard time playing (imagine if the movement control for your keyboard were these: up: Z left: Q down: S right: D)

Personally, I almost always go with WASD (i don't have an azerty keyboard myself). If I don't have the time to add a ZQSD control modifier, I simply add the arrow keys as an alternative

hmm I thought WASD was the standard, that's why I didn't have it any other way. I did think of allowing people to play with the arrow keys but completely forgot to add it in. I think the baby is just a bit slow. That'll be different in the final version of the game tho :). Thanks for the feedback though!

I liked the concept, too bad you rushed it out because it really shows when you play it, should've spent less time on the empty menu and more time making interesting levels, the bubble physics are cool and I would've actually liked to use them in a real game.

Maaan, I hate I focused too much on the least necessary, but the full game will have quite some levels for people to be engaged. The bubble is where the good things are, but it was a last minute thing since i was going to go with balloons, but had no times to get around animating it all. Thanks for the feedback and for playing :D

I fully agree with Simon Milfred. The game was well made and it would've been very good if it was longer but it was not worth to download just to play in one minute. I'll give you lower GAMEPLAY rate because of the lack of levels.

That is a fair trade. I will make this into a full game with levels for people to play once this rating time is done. Thanks for playing either way brother!

Sad that you didn't get to make the full game. I found both the character, the character animations, and the general concept very charming, and do believe it had/has great potential. Good job on the aspects you got around to make :)

Thanks a lot for your kind words brother. I find it funny how every time I play this unfinished game, I am like, damn...I need to make more levels, or actual levels, cause being in this bubble is actually fun! Thanks a lot for playing :D
