This is more of a puzzle/strategy game than a traditional match-3. The numbers and positioning are important so plan your moves accordingly. Click on any two drones to have them swap places. Matching 3 drones of the same height (number) causes them to signal the adjacent drones to go up or down depth. Red/positive adds and blue/negative subtracts their value from the surrounding drones. Drones that go above ground (negative depth) go unresponsive and can no longer be interacted with. Above 10, multiples of 7 (14,21,28) clear rows, and multiples of 9 (18,27) clear columns. The row and column clears will destroy unresponsive drones to allow for new drones to be deployed. Reach 25 feet (or lower) with a drone to win! Be careful not to land on 21, 27, or 28 or they will cause an explosion (multiples of 7 or 9). Thanks for checking it out, I hope you enjoy and please rate when you get a chance! Imgur

Nice innovative puzzle game. It took me a little while to figure out what I was supposed to be doing, which was matching the three numbers in a row. Then I figured out that the cleared drones either raised or lowered the surrounding drones, which could be used to set up big combos. The plus and minus symbols around the blue and red drones is good usability design, since it keeps me from having to remember which color does what. It would have been nice to have an overall score.

It seems like it would be enjoyable if I could comprehend what was going on, but the description is pretty dense and the game doesn't really ease you into the mechanics. That said, the visuals and sound are quite solid (though the green is a bit bright for my taste).

Interesting concept, but not really clear. A tutorial is indeed needed.

I managed to get a drone to 25 depth but did not win, but it might be because the move made a combo elsewhere that destroyed the 25-drone after a line destruction.. ? EDIT : saw your response, i'll try again later to really beat the game that time :) And yeah, the timer might be a little too short ? But with some training it might be ok.

Anyway, I liked the idea, even if it's a little complicated. It's really hard to see what will happen after each move though.

Thanks for checking it out! The rules seemed simpler in my head, but ended up being more complex by the time it all came together. The victory check happens after the board checks for matches, so the 25 does have to survive the cascade to win. Part of the challenge is supposed to be checking and maneuvering the pieces to make sure you don't make a multiple of 7 or 9 that causes that. I think it might have been better without the timer, I wanted it to be more strategy/puzzle, like a sudoku - checking the effect on the rows/columns for the move, instead of just matching as much as possible.

This game desperately needs a tutorial that is not in text form in order to be more accessible.

The art and sounds are above average, the gameplay is not, but I'm just saying that because I don't like the genre.

I tried to be as unbiased as possible tho, and to give credit where credit is due, This is not a bad game at all, It's actually really polished and it does well what it tries to do.

Thanks for playing! I agree it ended being a little more complex than I thought in my head and it took me a lot longer to get the whole thing functioning. Ideally i'd like to make a little intro that explained how the matches work and the general goal. I actually wasn't sure what the start and end conditions were going to be until near the end, I started just making it more like a match-3 points game, and then decided to try to incorporate the theme better with the depth.
