Little Bleep will accompany you in your postal delivery system , traversing the basement of an office building. Try not to get jabbed by the spikes or electrocuted by using your logical thinking to control platforms using buttons.

... you ... you ... killed him? h-how could you?
( it was meant to be an explosion but looks a tad too red and turned out to look like a lot of blood, like... a lot of blood )
Thanks for playing and leaving a review, this one really made me laugh

Nice game, it had just the right amount of content to not become boring, the level design was pretty lazy though, especially because the two character were different sizes, it felt like a wasted opportunity not to play with that.
The absence of sounds and pretty simple graphics were also kinda meh, but the game still managed to be fun.
PS: put outlines on your text to make it more readable.

Yes, many of the things listed ( text, sound, level design ) was rushed at the end - not reaching its full potential.
Thanks for your feedback :)

I'll start with a few bugs I found, the bug robot collision isn't working properly with walls when walking into them. Also you can jump into the moving platforms with the tall one.
Besides that I'm confused about why the bug just falls through the platforms and confused about why you need the box to finish.
Anyways good game, holds true to the theme, not enough story or context, I like it.
P.S. Why is the platform in the gif different sprite than the one in game?

yes, as you probably know collision is the hardest thing in any game - and the moving platform code certainly did not help it.
The game was meant to be about some kind of delivery service in a company's basement - but we did not have enough time to flesh it out. Some story, as you said, would be brilliant.
and we changed the sprite for the platform in the last hour.
thanks for playing the game and giving feedback :)

Nice game. I particularly liked the art for the robots! The collision was a bit buggy for me, also I couldn't tell if the small robot falling through platforms was intentional or if it was a bug. Having to carry the box across and place it on the button in order to carry the small robot across was a cool little puzzle, but it got a bit repetitive, especially because dying restarted the level from the beginning. This game had a good concept overall though, nice job!

Thanks for the feedback and kind words, the small player was buggy (non-intentionally) and collision in general was a problem. In hindsight a checkpoint system would drastically improve the repetitive nature of a puzzle game. :)

I like the graphics, however I couldn't hear any music/sounds. Also I couldn't get past the second level because the little robot kept glitching through the moving platform.

Yes, collisions were a major error - it was the hardest part of the whole game and was very hard to implement with the different mechanics.

I like the game concept and the simple but effective mechanic of taking controll of the robot by picking it up. I just couln't get my head around the graphics and the text in the background, the contrast was kinda bad so it was hard to read the information. I also dont know if it is a bug, but i could not hear any music or sfx, even though someone was credited for making some :I I liked the little details in the game such as dying as the character or as the robot or when you die together that you see both of them in the death screen. (I was curious about what would happen if i would jump down with the robot in my hands :I )
Overall enjoyable :)

yeah, we didn't have enough time to add the music but we did make some - we also did not have enough time to make some nice looking text that is well... readable, but I'll try to fix that. The death scenes were certainly a good idea and thank you for testing them out.
Thank you for playing and the review :)

Cool idea, was fun (and a bit hard xD).
There are some collision errors, but I know how hard it is to program a platformer, so no worries there ;D
Also there was no music, I don't know if it's a problem with on my side because you credit someone for the music...
Overall a fun little game :DSubmittedLux Machina

yes, sadly we made plenty of music but ran out of time to implement it.
you're right, the collisions are pretty messed up, the hardest part was coding the moving platforms because it destroyed a lot of our original coding.

There's a bug (at least I think it's a bug) where if I press the button to move the platform while the little robot is standing on the platform, the little robot falls to their death 😱
Yeah so I couldn't get past that bit in the second level 😅
It would be nice if there was more meaningful and thematic difference between what each of the robots can do - as far as I could see one could jump a bit higher and the other can pick things up? This game is an excellent example of an effective asymmetric coop team: https://gm48.net/g/1060
Good work guys - platformer physics can be quite tricky - particularly moving platforms and for the most part they work pretty smoothly 👍

Yes, sadly we solved that bug just after the deadline.
The differences in characters would be a great thing to add, later in levels ( again a timing issue ) we were going to make it so you could only access certain parts of the level with each player.
Thank you for your response.
