left click near your cat to destroy the house! each click will give you one point! Not a great game but I tried my hardest so I hope you enjoy!

It seems you can click the same area over and over and still increase your score which means there isn't much point to moving around. Despite knowing this I still moved around anyway to scratch up as much as I could. Some different effects depending on where you scratch would've also been pretty cool.

The cat sprite is rather adorable and whilst the music was repetitive, it did fit the concept.

There is certainly room for improvement but for your first Game Jam you've done well. Keep it up.

Couldn't play this, but I saw it in a video and it looked pretty interesting

I can't play this as it's not an .exe :/

The concept is cute, but it feels a bit lackluster how you can only make random scratches. If it would be cool if different objects in the room reacted differently to the cat attacking them e.g. break the glass in the oven, rip the curtains, knock down the pans.

The visuals aren't spectacular, but the cat sprite is pretty cute. The music is a bit repetitive, but I do like how it almost sounds like a cat meowing.

Oh, and please comple your game to an executable instead of just uploading the project!

Hello! thanks for the review, the game isnt great I know, but because of the some glitches this was the best i could do. this was my first game jam and i just wanted to finish the game which is why the visuals especially are not great. I apologizing for just uploading the project but I do not know how to make it an executable sorry.

To make an executable click Build > Create Executable > Package as Zip, then choose a location for the zip file. You can then upload that zip file to wherever you want to share the game e.g. GM48

My high score is 384 and I feel like I just had a workout. I liked the music and I thought the game was really fun. This is an original idea done well and I loved everything about it. nice job

I ran into some bugs, but I also got to play as a cat! That made it great. Good job!

I think it's an interesting idea, but your download was the game project files, in future it would be easier to export the project as an executable so people don't have to open Gamemaker Studio to play it :)
