Nice game. Most of the things I wanted to say have already been said, but I'd like to add that I was a little disappointed by the fact that the game relied a little too much on locking one characted behind (or in :D) a door to clear the other side easily. Since some levels are a little confusing it's necessary, but I would have liked some different challenges :) Still, not something I'd hold up against the game too much since it's a game jam.

And I really liked the last level & ending!

    Really cute sprites and music!
The concept and execution were really good.
The puzzles were challenging but not frustrating, great job!

This is one of the best games I've seen on here where you simultaneously control two characters. The puzzles crafted around the contolrs work really well. Great work!

Fun and cute platformer. Felt about just the right length of play.

I love the ending! I'm not actually sure how much of an advantage it gives, but the sticking in doors felt like cheating. Also it would be nice if there was a key to restart the current level.

i can reassure you, doorsticking is not cheating, we wanted the mechanics of the game to be explored and exploited to find alternative or easier ways of solving the puzzles. :)

Very cool theme, i loved the art and the mouth buttons. There were some really interesting puzzles that you created using the mechanics. I felt you really explored them well.

I do disagree with Sid, getting stuck on the platform is honestly on of your best tools to clear the levels. The art is adorable, and honestly I'm just a bit bummed that the game ended where it did, that last level is such a tease for even more fun things that can be done with the mechanics! Great job!

thank you! i'm glad you enjoyed it! we did want to make more levels that explored the concept introduced in the last level, but we ran out of time :( if we were ever to revisit this game, i'm sure we'd experiment a lot more with the formula

Cool concept and really nice art. Would suggest making the collision boxes a bit more forgiving for the player and perhaps pushing out the player if they get stuck in doors to help with the flow of gameplay. Great work.

glad you enjoyed it! originally, the door-sticking was unintended, but we figured out that we could use it as a possible solution to some of the levels, and decided to keep it.

This game was very cute! I loved the polar bear doorways. There were a couple of times where I died and felt like I hadn't collided with an enemy (specifically the level where the tan player has two enemies before the flag, and there's one coin above one of the enemies), but that may have just been my imagination. All-in-all it was a nice puzzly platformer with some tricky challenges! :)
