Use a mixture of magnetism and ingenuity to traverse this abandoned mine of old. Featuring all the classics: Collectable gemstones, Coyote time, and Collision bugs!
Despite what the controls page says, in keyboard you pause with Enter, not with Escape. Other than that it should all work. There's a funny collision bug that happens when pushing objects, but as far as I can tell it is not game breaking.

The production value is amazing! I don't think the levels actually get interesting before it's over, but I still really liked the game mechanic.

Very nice game! I wish the mechanic was used in more ways but for a jam game that's really enough.
I'll add to the fact that sound effects were a little annoying, but for me that's mainly a volume issue. Here's my setting so that it was bearable: The very soft music was barely audible while the very sharp sfx kept playing :( But since there's a menu for that that's not a big deal. The only sound that was bothering me is the one that plays on a loop when you're stuck on an opposite side magnet.
The other thing I want to mention is the end: it's way too confusing! First I saw the big emerald so I thought it was the end, but then I saw the two inactives magnet things and I though there was something to do. So I tried to explore and got sent back to the very start! Which was also confusing because there's the part on the left which seems like there's a path if you somehow are able to make a big jump.
Since the game sent me back to the start I stopped playing, but if not for that I would have explored more for nothing, which really isn't something you want people to do I guess. Even if it's just a simple text saying thanks for playing, knowing that you've got to the end is really important!

Ran into a weird bug while pushing that warped my player all the way across the room :P Fun stuff, could become a full game like Sprout :)

This one ended too soon!
This really feels like a cohesive package. You even had fleshed out option menus!
Having reached the end, the emeralds seemed to be lacking a purpose that I assume you just didn't have the time to implement; except that collecting shiny things is fun, of course :)
There's one part where you have two pink North magnets at the top and bottom. They worked fine, but for some reason, I found it weird. I think it's because, up to that point, you only have magnetic lines going out of a magnet, and not into one. But that's a nitpick.
Another time I had tiny bit of trouble was when the player has to jump and switch magnets to stick to the South ceiling. It felt like I had the timing fine, but still wouldn't work. It could've just been me though.
Would've liked more levels!
Overall, solid entry!
PS. I uploaded a video of my playthrough

Yeah the gems themselves were added really really late, and the super gem was within the last hour, I mostly needed them to guide the player on a couple of areas and to encourage slightly riskier play. The magnets always have lines going upwards regardless of their orientation, so I'm not sure what you mean, but the magnet switch jump is definitely super janky. It is unintentionally difficult and I hate it so much :V Thank you for playing!

Cool game! Nice interpretation of the theme. I liked the player character's expressions. Would have been much better if the ending was clearly telegraphed, though.

I liked the graphics, they felt cute and I thought there were more puzzle potential. I loved the idea and wanted to more from this game ^^ I think you were going to make boss battle at big emerald if there was more time? Atleast it felt like boss is now coming :)
Here is recording me playing it, I think I commented more there :) https://youtu.be/P-r0wmUQe1g?t=10260

Big kudos to the magnet concept I think this is one of the coolest ideas I've seen so far. The end could have been stronger but that's a minor complaint. Awesome game!

Good game. The magent mechanic works well with the theme of both the game and the jam.
I used the big emerald to farm up 1000 emeralds before I quit playing, lol.

This was so much fun, but I had one problem. I couldn't figure out where I was supposed to go after the big emerald. There has to be more. Where do I go?!
Seriously though, this was such a fun and engaging experience. I would absolutely love to see more of it. The only criticism I have is that the character feels like a brick, but it doesn't really detract from the gameplay.

I tried to do something different because all my jam games end with a "thanks for playing" screen, but I didn't have the time to make anything better than a big gem :p Thanks for playing and the feedback, I'll try to adjust the feel of the character!

Pretty good. Please note that sfxr sound effects can sometimes be worse than no sound effects at all (I'm talking about the jumping effect. It gets annoying very quickly) Also I have no idea why you made the door system, you could've just closed them behind the player (considering the fact that some doors work incorrectly and I managed to get pushed back to the very beginning)

Sorry about the annoying SFX, I had to rush them because my last entry had 0 sounds and it absolutely tanked my overall score haha. Yeah I screwed up one of my variables and one of the door takes you to the wrong room, it's one of the last doors too, so hopefully that didn't happen to you before advancing to the last room Thanks for playing!
