Rotating Squares of Strength
There are squares that rotate at a speed that one could call breakneck. Also strength is involved somehow but I'm not entirely sure how.
Die Trying
From the beginning of mankind itself, retro games had been famous for their cheap deaths, used to extend their play times. But what if instead of regretting a death? How about we use it? In this puzzle platformer You play as a ghost cube, and whenever he dies, he leaves behind his previous lives up to three times. Use this to solve puzzles and make platforming easier. You can also wavedash in this game. Cause wavedashing is cool.
Mech: EVO
Take the role of nature shaping the perfect Mech. Pick which attribute to put back in the gene pool after each death to increase your odds at creating the perfect machine.

Cat Burglar
Kill everything! Pretty much it, but do it as fast as you can. Change your form to move faster and get to other places. I only knew that this was going on a few hours before the end so quickly put this together thus just a test level and primitive AI. I am going to make a final version of this after and trial it tomorrow in my Computer Science class to get some feedback. I've already made more sprites for weapons and a system for melee attacks as well as a reaction time mechanic for the AI. Follow the progress on the Steam group, site or Twitter. I wanted to do something more off the cuff than a platformer (The CHEESEBURGER of Gamemaker.) but It's my first gamejam plus only got to spend 4-6 hours total on it this weekend. I added in my own personality to it where possible. I'm looking forward to doing better on the next one.
A Way From My Heart
You're a robot that wants only to protect its heart. Don't let other robots destroy your heart. Kill the robots to keep the lasers at bay and make sure not to leave your heart on the ground too long or you will bleed out.
