As you interact with blocks on each play through they will change into a new mechanic, such as spikes, teleportation tiles or conveyor belts to name a few.
Keys Arrows or WAD = movement
Enter = Restart game
BackSpace = restart level
Spacebar = enters game from menu

- I loved that every loop, the obstacle was different!
- But I don't think it should start with the spikes
- At some point I managed to make a path that allowed me to never need to touch blocks, which made the game very easy
- Collision issue when you touch a block from below
- Welp, I guess the name of your group is fitting, with the lack of sprites and music, it does feel like a minimum viable product :p
- Simple but effective. Cool idea!

The idea was nice, I got to the 10th level. Was the getting out of loop trying to break through the walls? As some of the elements changed to things you could pass through, like some teleportation blocks were not anymore solid. About jumping, maybe let the player control the jump height for more precise control, it caused some unnessecary death ^^" It was good entry, it had variety and nice idea for looping :)

This plays a lot like a singleplayer version of "Ultimate Chicken Horse", but with less building on the player's side. Fun mechanics!

I'll be honest, in the screenshot, I didn't expect too much, I think the art and basic sound was a bit deceiving because the game play is fantastic and I love how it fits the theme very well.
My personal fave is having forward planning and then getting completely caught out by teleports haha, it's frustrating but in a great way because i know it's my fault! haha.
I think this is one of the games that best innovates on the theme. Well done.
I forgot to mention, I also really loved the start screen, it wasn't text heavy, it was well explained and very well presented.
The only thing I'd change on controls is let Space bar be jump!

Very fun with an interesting mechanic!
What I liked: -Unique mechanic, well implemented -Fun gameplay that had me playing several times over
What I'd like to see improved: -The graphics could get a complete overhaul, seem like placeholder sprites -There are a few "game breaking" (not really) things. 1) You can cover everything with bouncy block and then just run through the level several times. You could limit the amount of blocks each loop can transform, for example. 2) You can get through the roof if you change the blocks there.
I really had fun with this game, keep it up!

Thanks for the feedback I really appreciate the constructive criticism.
I was never happy with the graphics, We could have done a much better job i think. I would be on the look out for a graphics artist next time if anyone is interested.
1) I like your idea on limiting the amount of blocks spawned each level, i think that would balance it as i think you don't get to see many of the later block types.
2) i think the level design could be changed to include either a restriction border or just make the level a bit thinker.

Thanks we ran into a situation with my partner testing it and his 6 year old niece was obsessed with it, she tested it for us for about an hour.

This seriously exceeded my expectations. The way the level changes based on your movement is simple but very effective -- reminded me a bit of Ultimate Chicken Horse. I also like that some of the blocks are helpful, which encourages you to be quite strategic about the way you move through a level each time, especially once you have some idea of the order in which blocks change.
Platformer niceties like variable jumping would help make the game even better, but hey, it's a time-limited jam.

Thanks alot, we really didn't use the time wisely for graphics but the gameplay/mechanics are pretty solid.
Thanks for the feedback we much appreciate it.

This was really neat, I liked the different blocks. A good way to "cheat" is to cover the stage in the bounce blocks. They seem less harmful/random than the others. Great job x10.

Thanks for the stream feedback, its really interesting to see how you played it. I can see on your first attempt you had a bad time with the teleport tiles, I find they are pretty 50/50 when they spawn in.
Its a shame when you played it you didn't get to see many of the later tiles. However I did see you on the last loop spawn in ghosts. Ghosts make you invisible for a short duration.
Also sorry for the annoying bounce sounds but im glad you like the game.

Very nice take on the theme! Only real problem I had with it is that the arrows didn't despawn after you died. Other than that it was a great game!

Thank for the feedback, with the arrows, I think i forgot to remove them from the game when you reset the loops, I can see why that might be annoying if you get a lot of them at the beginning of the level.
