Stomped by a bird leg and stabbed by a flying dagger! Love the art, it was very charming. Gameplay was clever and engaging. Would have liked to see more done with the sound effects but the music was good. Especially the contrast of the main game's music with the silence after you die, it was super grim (in a good way lol). Controls were a little awkward but nothing you can't get used to. A quirky, unique, enjoyable game.

How can he stay so happy while afflicted with so many curses?? Very simple and effective design that makes great use of the theme. Everything you collect adds obstacles in your way.

Really interesting game, with charming animations. A very inventive idea, and I like the sound design and music. The only thing that the game lacks is feel. controls feel stiff (this seems intentional though, so I dont want to judge too hard), and there is a noticeable lack of screenshake and juice. But overall very solid jam game, that I really enjoyed playing!
