(Note: The game is not finished and is very buggy. It's essentially a proof-of-concept. The HTML5 version freezes)
Controls: Mouse.
The game was originally intended to have you upgrade youself with the parts of your enemies as they dropped after each wave. The parts would be weapons or other helpful components, but would take away from your maximum HP. The stronger the component, the greater the penalty.

Uhhhmmm yes, I confirm, pretty buggy. xD But the game shows some potential. It looks and feels nice. Obviously though, the rest is very lacky. :/

I love the idea, I feel with some work this could be a really cool roguelike game. I felt the gameplay itself was frustrating, because the rate of fire of your enemies was so intense. It lead me to only equipping a single cannon on a side and inching toward the enemies line of fire until they moved into mine. The weapons feel pretty much the same, which is a shame because the concept is cool. If the gameplay could turn into less about spamming and twitch reaction it would open space to focus more on different weapon types that have advantages and disadvantages. Out of curiosity have you played or heard of Octogeddon?

Nice concept and I liked the art. I really would have liked to play a finished version of this game. It is potentially a very fun game :)

Pretty neat concept, fits with the theme. I feel the pain with the HTML5 version, I tried to build our game in it and it instantly crashed, really bummed about that. I did like the simplistic yet effective art style.
Gameplay was sort of confusing. The first guy I fought was just always blasting. I stood right in front of him, didn't seem to take any damage. Tried beating him and suddenly went from half health (because I maxed out them guns yo!) to 0 and the game froze. Really good effort though for 48 hours.

Really fun but adjust it to build up difficulty. At the moment the fire rate is crazy hard for a first level. It does have the making of a very good game though. Managed to get to the third upgrade and that massive gun but I think it was a fluke of luck. :)

There obviously isn't that much here but what is there is really cool. The visual style especially feels really slick. The concept is neat and has a lot of potential but it in it's current state the game is way too hard. I only managed to take out the three enemies once and most of the rest of the time I died almost instantly. My best score was 5.

Glass cannon is a great proof of concept and should be built on to make an amazing game. I love the idea of being able to attach guns to your ship but take a penalty of health. Lots of bugs where prevalent like the fact you cant kill the yellow enemy that has white stuff coming out of his mouth. I recommend you build on it and make something great.
