The player takes the role of a cameraman. You need to get as much footage of the action as possible (be it actors, cars or zombies) without ruining the scene.
WSAD to move. Mouse to aim camera.

Lovely take on the theme! I included it in my compilation video series of all of the games from the GM48, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/ZzdTZAUuWWs

It's the most innovative game I've seen in this gm(48). There's potential in the concept, so I encourage you to do something with it. Expand upon it, work out a "real" game. Thanks for participating!

I was a little scared at first because the first level is kinda long and you're not really sure if you'll get above 90% if you fall below, but then you found 2 different ideas and it was really great. Would have loved to play different levels and have more polish, but it's really good already.

Really cool idea you had here :)
Unfortunately for me I couldn't find a mouse and the touchpad of my notebook can't get me past level 1, so I probably should abstain from rating this time :( sorrySubmittedCangaço StandOff

Oh man, This game is one of the most clever I played! That use of the theme is imo the best! If I could give 11 on theme, I would.
It's literal in the best way possible and it brought some original gameplay!
This game even holds strong potential. Like seriously, there are so many ways you could add content, so many way to twist the gameplay.
However, the gameplay on its own is not the best (I think it's because it lacked some kind of "special spice" or "special vibe" like, maybe a bigger hitbox with a larger set? but I guess in a game jam it would have made it too complex, it's already good that you had 3 levels) and the visuals/sounds could be way better.
Aside that, it's clever and really nice.
One advice: The thumbnail is completely gray. Almost the same gray as the website. It lacks something to stand out and it's a shame cause it really deserves more exposure. One of the few games I added to my favourites!

I like it! One of the best uses of the theme, and you managed to work a few different game mechanics around the same concept. Well done!

Never seen this concept done before, good work. Biggest problem is that the zombie speed is a bit too high

Really nice idea, I also thought to use one shot as in camera shot, but I think you implemented it way better than I would have, the minigames were quite clever, especially the last one, and I think you did an overall great job.
The art and sound were just ok, and I think you could've made one of the best games if it weren't for those.

I loved the idea. It was interesting how the zombie part was kinda like 2 games at the same time (I couldn't beat it though :/) This probably sounds weird, but I REALLY wish there was some cheesy dialog while the characters moved around the scenes. The whole idea feels like an amateur film maker trying to be like the professionals, and I think that would've been the cherry on the top.

I was thinking the same thing about the cheesy dialogue actually; the speech bubble used for the actor in scene 1 was from me trying it out. I just didn't get time to put it in place.
Yeah, getting 3 stars on the zombie scene is tough but I thought that might add some replay value for people.

Very clever use of theme, and executed pretty well too. I like how there were multiple different scene with different goals.
The visuals aren't great, but they do the job. The scene instructions look quite nice at least. The "action!" and "cut!" sounds are also a nice addition.
EDIT: Nope, I didn't make anything this time. I was originally planning to but I just didn't end up having much in the way of ideas or motivation.

Super nice concept! The graphics and audio were lacking a little, and the controls (WASD) were too instant to my taste (they didn't make me feel fully in control), but the general idea and your execution were quite nice. The three levels showed a fair amount of different directions the core mechanic could take you - a good selection.
Good job!

Thanks. Not sure I understand what you mean with the controls though. I did play around with doing the aiming using a twin-stick control scheme but found the WSAD + mouse aiming to be easier. BTW I played your old game The Fool (not realising you'd worked on EEE this jam), that's a cool idea (the RGB shifting).

This was a really creative idea. I think the final scene was the spark of something great because that is when for me it felt like I actually had a purpose.

Wow that was truly unique! Excellent use of theme! I especially loved the third scene. Like another person commented, it'd be awesome to see the replay of the scene from the cameras point of view. I was a shaky camera man haha! Nice job!

Great idea for a game! Haven't seen this kind of game before.
Would be lovely to see this kind of game, where the user can save the "footage" that was recorded during. Would give some serious laughs when there is so much walls in it :D
