Veralos Level 26
The controls are a bit weird but workable enough once you get used to them. I think the game could really do with some checkpoints though. I manage to get through the first level a few times but I couldn't get far in the second due to having to repeat the first over and over. Anyway, the graphics and audio aren't amazing but they work well enough.

The controls took some time getting used to, but I felt that they were appropriately set, and allowed for me to build skill using controlling the plane.
It'd be great if there was a checkpoint system in your next game! ;)
Kwisarts Level 42
The controls are a bit weird, but it could be worse. Also maybe try to start the game in a safe area :p
Problematicar Level 31
I'm sorry but for me the game is basically unplayable, controls are either insanely confusing or actually broken, and there's nothing I could do to progress further into the game.
Weird controls, would like option to change.
Fachewachewa Level 37
Making the game start over is way too punishing for a jam.
Also, the controls were a bit weird and the hitbox of the plane seemed too big.
kris24 Level 4
You've got a decent start to a game here, but there's definitely room to grow. Probably the most frustrating mechanic is that it starts you out all the way at the beginning whenever you die - I beat level 1 several times but kept dying in level 2 and having to repeat it over and over.
The mis-match between having the player control a WWI-esque bomber and the enemy weapons faced being missiles and laser beams bothered me a bit too.
But keep working at it and I think you could have a fun little game!
Nik Sudan Level 4
I understood where you were going with the plane's control scheme, but I found it really hard to control, especially confined to a platformer-esque level. I liked how you used the theme with the one bomb - reminds me of the rebels from Star Wars blowing up the Death Star!
If you could shoot the enemy missiles out of the sky, that would have made the game a lot easier. I found myself just spamming bullets though, which wasn't too great from a gameplay perspective. Maybe if there was a bullet cooldown?
