Super simple RTS game - sacrifice your tiny army of angels to save Souls lost in Limbo - hurry - before Satan steals them for hell. You have just 3 min to save as many souls as possible and hope you save more than the Evil One... The devil is happy to destroy Souls or Angels - but which will you sacrifice to win the game? Look out for Special-Souls who will regenerate your Angel army as it gets sacrificed to the Demon Lord himself!

Control is 100% mouse-based - LMB toplace markers & RMB to select angels. Graphics, Sounds, Music and Coding all by Richard "SHOKIZM" Newman ;)

Big thanks to Barbara Lipus & Danny London for game testing and helping with game design! :)

Cool game! It takes a bit to figure out how everything works, but once you do it's pretty neat. I like how you can sacrifice angels to slow down the devil for a bit. It's both an interesting mechanic on its own and also a good use of the theme. However, I kind of wish angels would still move after you deselected them so you could send one somewhere while controlling another.

The presentation is also quite well done. The voice lines are cool, though they do get a bit repetitive. All the other sound effects are good, as is the music. The graphics are also nice.

Nice idea! I included it in my GM48: Sacrifice compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/owM22-wcZP4

At the first time I played this game, I was really confused. I avoided the tutorial, as it was a wall of text (you can separate informations in pages and, when you describe the souls, put a sprite of them instead of describing them). But while playing, I started to get a hang of it and really enjoyed the experience. It's fun to fight against an oponnent and think strategically to overcome him. The sacrifice aspect of this game is pretty clear, as you have to give up angels to save more souls and the voice acting and music serve well to give more emotion to the game. Great job!

Nice game, needed some time to understand it and getting used to the controls, but I managed to win within 2-3 tries.

The concept is fun and the sacrifice is well integrated in gameplay. It works really well, and you have to think of when you want to send your angels to die, good job.

There's one big problem though, and it has been mentionned before, but angles need to remember their waypoints. It's a little boring having to wait for an angel to get to his destination before moving another, and it would have made the flow of the game really good.

Really well polished game, both the art and sounds were stunning, and the gameplay was really fun and well balanced.

It took me some time to get how this game works since I don't usually play this kind of games, but it was fast enough that I can say this game is pretty intuitive.

I also managed to win in a couple of tries so the difficulty is just right for me.

The artwork was really cool, and the sound effects and voice over all worked together to give the game a decent unique style! Was pretty confused at first, but after a few tries I think I got the hang of it a bit. I'd have to agree with the others on the swapping of the right and left click, I think that would feel more natural.

Well done! The art is nice and the music has a good fast-paced feel for the gameplay. I agree with what JealousCrow said about the left and right click controls needing to be swapped. Maybe even make the selected angel stand out more or have some visual or auditory feedback on selections. Also I think that when you select a new angel, it shouldn't force the old one to stop and adopt the current waypoint. The old one should keep going and the new one should wait until you give it a waypoint.

I enjoyed playing this and it felt replayable because of the bar at the top. It'd be nice to have more time before the action starts, Additionally, it'd be great to have some way to get more angels or restore angel health. EDIT: Somehow missed the angel addition mechanic! It's really clear; I don't know how I missed it the first time.

Many thanks!!! - really glad you enjoyed it! :) You can earn new angels by collecting the bigger 'blue-steel' souls! Also angels will regenerate energy when theyre not selected.

I will see if i can work in your suggestions - many thanks again :)

Interesting concept. I found the controls to a be little bit awkward; having to right click to select and left click to move is counter intuitive to almost all RTS games (usually reversed).

thanks! :) that is actually a really interesting point! myself and playtesters were finding it hard to select angels - i think you may have hit the nail on the head!
