    Very nice game, especially given the limited time frame. The concept is clever and a nice take on the theme. There are a lot of different mechanics and they all seem well thought out and put to good use throughout the levels. The game feels quite polished with nice menus and even some secrets! The graphics are look very nice, though the main character could do with a bit more animation. The sound design also feels a little weak, mainly the repetitive jump sound.

    I found it to be visually appealing and a great use of theme. The platforming itself didn't feel very good to control. As I played through I had several deaths just from progressing to the next level and keeping a key held down. It immediately throws you into a pit of spikes or something else lethal before you can get your bearings, because the player doesn't end up at the same y position on the screen. It might be wise to save the player from himself and force the player to either reengage the movement button to move, or to place some kind of barrier forcing a jump before they kill themselves. Maybe it was just me, but I'd imagine if you watched someone play it they would show a similar result.

    I almost gave up, but I wanted to beat it.

    Sometimes, it feels like the game screws you over in purpose, especially on the last level (the hard one, not the straight line to the finish), where sometimes, the mechanism won't work (the top tile where the rightmost spider is, it sometimes doesn't trigger for some reason) or sometimes you feel like the double jump doesn't work (curious for this one, did you set any condition for when you double jump? it sometimes feel like it doesn't register my hit).

    But I finished it nonetheless. Then noticed there were gems to collect. Sweet! Except I saw the save icon on top of the screen and wasn't sure what it does since everything else is written and this one isn't. Thinking "well if it's an erase save file feature, it will surely prompt me before doing so, right?". Well... no :/ Please always give a prompt before doing anything such as erasing files, that avoids curious people like me who try every feature. Always have a "make sure it's intentional" feature

    I gave up after 68 Skulls!!!! hahah.. for real though this was an excellent game!!! Fantastic puzzles, music and art.

    This was really fun! I couldn't get past level 9, that part with the 2 spiders and that dart trap, so many skulls! Great submission!

    Great job on the theme and an enjoyable game to play. Not sure the character audio fitted the style when he jumped or died could have been more 8 bit sounding but none the less great work.

    You might want to check out bfxr which has lots of free sounds perfect for your game.

    I like the overall style and art and I really had fun playing it :). I also watched your stream a bit and you seem like a very nice person. My only concern is, that it reminds me a bit to much on "1001 Spikes".

    This game is really high quality. The art is really solid and the game has a ton of polish. The levels have variation and for the most part are interesting. The fact that you did this whole thing in 48 hours is pretty amazing. Also, the use of the theme is really cool. The lack of animations on the player is a little jarring, but the player character itself is good looking. Also, the movement is fairly clunky feeling. Overall, super impressive and I hope this does well!

    Also, the ability to play in the browser is really great (I wish I had that >-<)

    When playing through this game I found myself getting angrier with each death. The quickly increasing difficulty and the great use of theme made this game a treat to play
