You are trapped in an underground alien-infested facility. The rescue team needs 5 days to rescue you, so you need to survive!
This is my first Game Jam! This was fun, but stressful. I plan to participate again, though!
Controls:
Left Click - Shoot / Interact
Right Click - Use Item
Backspace - Discard Item
Scroll Wheel - Move Inventory
M - Mute Call
Known Bugs / Errors:
1) Jam mislabelled as 37th, actually 38th
2) Endless Mode is broken- don't play it
3) There is no night 6, the continue button code was pretty hastily put together
4) Throwing dynamite into a vent that already has dynamite in it will eat your dynamite
5) Using a vent cover on top of another vent cover will eat your vent cover

I can certainly see a bit of a FNAF influence here. I haven't actually played any of those games but I know enough about them and I'm glad you have a gun here rather than just flipping switches. I also hate jump scares so I was preparing for the worst but thankfully I wasn't jump scared at all.
This is pretty impressive though, especially for a first entry. I actually really like the art. It's got a bit of a charm to it. The voice over for the calls was really well done and the atmosphere is incredibly suspenseful. Even though I read the description I immediately forgot how to interact with the environment so I didn't actually end up doing so. I went through with just the shotgun. I did think it was left click, but I was afraid to do so in case I ended up wasting ammo. Maybe an option to put your weapon away to then interact with things would alleviate the worry of wasting ammo and simultaneously add a bit more tension since you'd have no form of offense for a moment. The first night as also pretty slow. It's a lot of waiting around for something to happen, although when I'm preparing myself to be jump scared it certainly added a whole lot of tension haha.
This was really fun though and I had good time playing it. Great work.

Wow, nice game for your first! I like the tense atmosphere, and the narration is a good touch - I do wish there was a way to skip it, though
I... wasn't able to figure out how the supply drops worked, so I ended up getting through most of the nights with just the shotgun. Other than that, nice game!

Oh I hate playing FNAF games, too much suspense :D When I saw the parasite in the vent, I shoot all my ammons there and nothing happened, and when it came in front of me I couldn't do anything anymore ^^" Nice voiceacting and I liked the idea :) And congratulations for your first GM48 game :D

I can really see the inspiration in this one and I like the creepy vibes of it, my only issue with this, though it's probably more with me than the game itself, is it's a bit of a slow-burner. I prefer games that throw me in to the action a little quicker than this. Though an atmospheric horror within 48 hours is a big task so you've done well to achieve this, good job! :)

It's pretty obvious what your inspiration was here, but it's still a very well crafted experience. From the scary aliens to the ominous ambience, the creepy atmosphere is perfectly executed. Even the voice acting is surprisingly good!
The style of gameplay also makes things feel very tense. It gets pretty hectic when you need to balance monitoring vents, collecting items, and keeping the air flowing. Unfortunately it seems success mostly comes down to getting lucky with items. I couldn't beat night 5 and only really beat 4 because the game gave me plenty of shotgun ammo and an axe.

Creepy atmosphere! I included it in my GM48: Sixty Seconds compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/nuQFkyHHiV8
