The UI is very nice and professional, the sound and music were good too. The gameplay feels like it could use some work though. It all just feels a bit random at the moment and it can lead to moments where you're just sitting around hoping the symbols you need show up. I do like how you start getting multiple groups of symbols though which requires you to split your focus a bit. Does add to the difficulty which is nice but at the same time it doesn't pair well with the randomness of it all. Perhaps some sort of order for the symbols to appear would've improved things.

It's a good entry though, but the gameplay could just do with some fine tuning.

Neat idea, but it feels a bit half baked. It's fun when it works - it can be satisfying watching symbols line up, then racing to lock them all before they can swap. There's also some nice multitasking involved with trying to keep track of multiple groups at once.

The rules are a bit unclear though. It felt like sometimes a group would need all the same symbols, while other times only a couple matching symbols would be enough to pass. There's some strategy and reflexes, but ultimately the game is quite luck based. It could also be more clear what's locked and what's not - I often lost track because the lock effect is so subtle.

Gameplay aside, the presentation is very well done. The background and UI elements all look very clean. The music and sounds add a nice bit of atmosphere to the game. I also appreciated the addtion of a tutorial screen - even if I apparently didn't fully take it in.

Very fun game! I included it in my GM48: Sixty Seconds compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/e89Is-N0g-w

Absolutely beautiful game, and with great music too! I gotta say I ended up finding a way to sorta... brute force the game? But it was still interesting to play - I definitely wish the items were a bit more predictable as they scrolled though!

In the future, you should definitely have gamemaker export your project (for a jam like this anyway) as a .zip, rather than as an installer! Great work otherwise

As this game requires admin priviledges to run and none of the other games so far have, I am going to pass on this.

Fun game, but the cycling of items seems random, when it might be better to just have it go through a list. Or maybe there's a better strategy that I'm not aware of. Good job!
