On the poorly drawn streets of Sketch City, only the foolhardy survive. Even a simple sandwich delivery can turn into a matter of life and death. You're gonna need a friend.

I played this one with my gf, we beat the game after 'few' tries. The motorcycle section was too hard, as the collision box was too big and too much stuff in front of you. I managed to drive until some 3000 was left. We noticed pacifist way was the best choice, just keep calm and keep jumping forward -> no knuckle shandwiches :P First time we managed to go to 0, we accidently passed the guy who we had to deliver the stuff, and kept going until we were something like -2000 points away. Game was colorful and it was other than pixel graphics, points for that. Sound effects were annoying after while, and some music would have been nice.

Thanks so much for the feedback! Glad to hear you had someone to play it with and that you managed to beat it. Lol jumping was definitely the easiest way to evade the thugs. I nerfed it some, but there was still a bit of a bug that allowed the lead person to move farther forward than they should have. I agree, the sound effects are pretty atrocious, and I really need to work on that, as well as some music. Next time, my friend. Thanks again!

- The font lacks space between lines
- The game feels very slow
- The motorcycle section is unfair, the vehicle is huge so it's hard to ancitipate obstacles and we can have an obstacle "stuck" for as much time as we stay in the same line, which felt a bit absurd.
- The sound, although there, feels uncomfortable after a while.
Note that I really can't recommend multiplayers during gamejams unless they're online or have an online option. It's not frequent to have someone laying around to play with us. Though I admit it gave an interesting challenge.
That said, there is some nice content in there! The knuckle rainbow bonus is a nice touch and it's not often that we have beat'em ups in here. It's also nice to have a bike section before the fights!

Thanks a ton for playing and for the awesome feedback. I had a push goal of getting some running mechanic in there, but time is a merciless jerk. Same deal with the obstacles getting stuck; attempted to fix but for some reason it didn't seem to take and had to move on. And totally agree on the sound, though uncomfortable feels a bit generous of you.
I hear you regarding the multiplayer. TBH I didn't even have anybody to play with, but have fond memories of playing Final Fight at a friend's house and have been wanting to try that style. I'll see if I can figure out how to do the online stuff for next time. Thanks again!

I couldn't for the life of me get to the end. Once I knock down anything, the object would get stuck in my motorcycle and destroy it shortly after.
Since this is a 2 player game it was very hard for me to keep both players alive so I couldn't move on once one player dies :/
I liked the idea, art style and animations.

I tried to correct that junk-getting-stuck-in-your-ride thing but for some reason my fix didn't seem to take. The best thing to do is just swerve to the side. And getting really far on the bike is the best way I found to get to the end. I've only beaten it once. There were definitely some things I would have liked to add/change to make the challenge more reasonable, but time etc. Really glad you liked the idea and art! Thanks so much for playing!

I had a lot of difficulties with the arrow-control combination for one of the characters, because I'm on a mac, so I don't have a control button on the right side of the keyboard.
But I really found the game quite fun otherwise :D The fighting was really hard, but it just made me try harder each time I failed. Fun times were had!

I'm really glad you had fun with it! I did not realize macs don't have that key there, sorry about that. Still trying to figure out how to cram four hands onto one keyboard when I should just figure out multiple controller support lol. Thanks so much for playing and for the feedback!

Nice game! I really liked dodging trash cans on the bike. The fighting was a little tough but i think a little more player feedback like when you do damage would help. The concept is funny and like how "sketched" Sketch city looks.
