This is the first game I have ever made, I enjoyed every last bit of making it. All together it was a fun learning experience and I am going to use what I learned to make a proper game this following year.
Smash out of your storage container and avoid the guard robots by teleporting between two dimensions and flipping gravity. Careful though, Their bullets teleport with you and you only get one change to teleport every five seconds so use it wisely!

Neat concept! I included it in my compilation video series of all of the games from the GM48, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/RxB8WIjpWF0

Cool game. It takes a bit to figure out how it all works but once you do it can be pretty fun. Only gaining points when you don't have a charge ready is an interesting idea. There doesn't seem to be much to do with the theme, though.
The pixellated graphical style looks pretty nice, and the music is decent too. One thing I found interesting was how you start by smashing out of a glass case and how you can find someone else in glass. I like how it implies some kind of backstory to the game.

When you show the controls, avoid putting it all in a small area; people prefer to read bigger small lines of text. Preferably one sentence at a time.
Also the game is sooo confusing. Was not sure what was the future and the charge would have been better if we saw it as a bar instead of just the word charge. But it's your first game, so it's natural.
To be honest it's not bad at all for a first try. We all start somewhere!

It's not bad at for a first try, my biggest complaint is that it doesn't connect to the theme at all, for the gameplay though I think the most frustrating problem is having only one charge for two different things, making the game basically impossible to sustain, a jump would've probably made things better too.

Very nice for a first game! I not sure what I was supposed to do with the dude on the right...? Also even with two powers, we kinda lack options to dodge when there's a lot a enemies (my best was like 20).
Also, I'm not sure about the theme, powers still charge in 5 seconds.

This is very impressive for the first game you've ever made! It was a little confusing at first, but you get a feel for it the more you play it. Like Juzek said, being able to see the top of the screen before flipping gravity would be super helpful. Awesome job, looking forward to seeing what you do next time!

Thanks, It was difficult to get started as my first game but I hope to be able to release a full game by the end of next year.
I realise now that seeing the top of the screen would help a lot and it was a silly oversight of me

I enjoyed your game! No idea whats going on though. I wish i could see the top of the screen when im on the bottom so i can decide when to flip gravity. I don't understand the charge and change time thing or how its a one shot thing. How do i dodge?

Now that I think about it, It probably would be good to see the top of the screen.
Dodging is either flipping or changing time to dodge the enemies. When you change time you can only be hit by bullets and flipping just kinda flips you. But you only have one charge every 5 seconds.
