Made in less than 24 hours for 41st GM48 game jam with Gamemaker Studio 1.4. I started super late and managed to make something anyways!

    I really liked the idea of using riddles in a game like this! I wish there was more variety in gameplay though.

    This was pretty fun though I had difficulty getting past level 10. Didn't realize at first that the pink guys were actually ok, though when you answer wrongly it damages you. The mechanics are well thought out same with the questions. The graphics were swell and loved that little encounter tiled thing you did before going to answer a question. Had a great experience with this and I learned a bit too :V thanks!

    I like the idea of riddles in a game, even for someone who's not the brightest bulb in the box, I found them amusing! I think the other enemies are a little tricky to avoid and I just kind of had to take the hit when they were blocking my path, but the concept itself is great and I enjoyed this one :)

    Really great idea to incorporate riddles as the main gameplay loop, but I feel like the red enemies don't really provide anything to the game. If they make line of sight with you, they become nearly impossible to avoid, and there's no way to regain health like your sanity, so they kinda create a soft cap on how many floors you can go. Although I guess they do make sure that the game doesn't go on too long.

    Cool game, Cool concept. The visuals and art fit really well, but the same riddles would eventually repeat, but overall this is a good game. Nice job :)

    Probably the strangest game of the jam I've played so far. I like the insanity effect. Red monsters are almost impossible to avoid. Graphics aren't the best and the music is a bit of an odd choice. Side effects weren't clear.

    The visual and audio effects here were really cool, and I love the humor! I think the controls would have felt a little smoother if the player's collision mask were a rectangle instead of precise to its sprite though. There also didn't really seem to be a good way of avoiding enemies, whether or not they caught me seemed to just be down to whether there were enough walls in the way.

    Either way, though I seem to went through all the riddles pretty quickly, it was neat while it lasted.

    pretty satisfying controls, enemies are good, art is simple and nice, and good questions but a bit repetitive and i don't see how side effects comes into it

    Really addictive gameplay, great controls even though i don't see how it fits with the theme
