Very interesting game. I like how the emphasis is less on exciting gameplay and more on telling on interactive story. The mood is executed excellently. There's a real sense of dread as the creature starts growing and your character starts looking worse. I like how you get to choose who gets sacrificed and there's no right or wrong answer - it's up to you how you judge them. I will say that the people could probably do with a bit more personality though. The stats they currently have are a bit arbitrary and impersonal.

Yeah I agree. I just really picked a few stats I thought people might use lol. I was thinking about making a small randomized dialog that referenced past decisions (“have you seen __?”) and to show personality but had to cut that feature. Thanks for playing!

Two game jams at once, impressive!

SPOILER WARNINGS: I enjoyed the experience, the progression throughout the game, (the ending made me jump a bit lol). My main feedback would be since this is a creepy/horror game, it lacked atmosphere. Creepy ambiance music, more sound effects, maybe some visual effects. Also, the blender noise was a bit harsh to be honest.

But it was a cool experience overall, so, well done :)

Yeah, definitely agree. I didn't really know how to make an ambiance sound, probably should have downloaded one but forgot to :/. Tbh I'm going to try to learn more about sound/ambiance.

Thanks for playing and the feedback!

Very nice game, I fed a depressed 100 year old with a social circle of 90 to a tomato plant which I then fed to other victims. The cycle never ends! (up until that last part :o )

Fun game. I liked the two room system and the fact that everybody had little stats. I targeted the happiest people to see if that made any more tomatoes, also I'm a terrible person :). I loved the fact that the sound of the walking was subtly creepier with ever step. good job!

A happiness/tomatoes relationship would have actually been an interesting idea to implement. Originally I wanted to program suspicion if people that had certain high stats were being fed, but ran out of time. Thanks for playing!

Cool experience, definitely memorable. I targeted old people with low social circles, not sure if it made a difference. I like the subtlety of the game, it's short and sweet but memorable. Not sure how it really fit the theme though

I designed it around the two room system in an attempt to make the world feel small... although it probably could have fit GM's theme better. Thanks for playing!

Pretty cool game. I really enjoyed playing it, and was very enthralled. It was subtle that the guy felt bad about doing it, and it was nice that you decided to show it and not tell it. The sound was good too, and it had a good scare too.

    That was... definitely something :D

I'm not sure if the stats change anything, but I was really curious to see how things evolved.

Neat little game, wasn't at all what I was expecting, enjoyed my time anyway!
