Hi I played this just now and have to say that I loved the concept and visual style. I was very happy about the ending. Cats rule.

Really liked the art and style. The theme was used well.

Quite a simple game, but that's not necessarily a negative, it can be a positive too. For 48 hours, not bad!

Although this is a simple platformer, the theming and art really made it into something beautiful. Good job!

It was a straightforward platformer which showed the theme clearly. You had to make a choice between 2 abilities both which had their own consequences. I loved the art style of the game and the music made me feel rather trippy which is what I think you were going for, so kudos to that!

The gameplay felt a bit too simple to me, you could have used the mechanics in more interesting ways and and come up with more puzzles, but at the same time level design takes up a lot of time so it is understandable why it might have been harder to get done within 48 hours.

Again, cool simple game! I enjoyed it :-)

Nice short little puzzle-platformer. Wish there was a bit more complexity to it, but it is a jam game. Good job

Short but sweet! The art style was intriguing - not a colour scheme you see all too often but it worked - and the music added to its fairly ominous feeling.

The controls confused me a little at first - W toggles the jumping/hallucinations but up doesn't, so I had to play the game with WASD on left hand and space on right. I got used to it, it wasn't as "spaghetti" as some other entries, but it wasn't immediately intuitive either.

This is nice work, and well done on "completing" it too - nice to have a game with a beginning and end :)

Love the art. A little closer to a walking simulator than a puzzle, but it was still a nice time!

Love the mushrooms and cats! I included it in my GM48 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/gQOVaoF4Jeg

I like the cooky art style and unique mechanic in this one, the platforming is sometimes a little off with the collision checking which I think just needs a little fine tuning but overall this is a fun, albeit short, experience, good job :)

Thank you! Yeah the art kind of came after I had planned out the collision blocks, and sometimes it didn't "match up" so much, I think I could have made the collision blocks a little more suited to the art :)

I feel like the artstyle is a lot more suited for a more dramatic story, but nevertheless it looks gorgeous! Very good work on the art front.

Yeah the more I had worked on it the more I felt like hmm, maybe cat fbi isn't the right thing here, but I was so attached to the idea of cat fbi by that point it ended up in there anyways! Thanks a million :)

I loved all of the art in this, the sprites, tilework, music and earthbound-esque theming.

Decent graphics but lacking originality and also very short. Also the graphic style didn't sell the intended situational comedy very well.

I definitely underscoped what I could have done and ended up with extra time when I submitted- all part of the learning process of my first jam! Definitely think I should have spent more time planning out the music and art style around the gameplay also, I feel like I just went with a "this art style will be fun to do!" vibe :P
