Interesting take on the game! It feels very satisfying!
A few things I would have liked:
- Being able to hold the mouse/space instead of constantly pressing it. At least on the first part of a level, as I'm going to continuously click anyway (and it feels tiring)
- Having an headstart immunity? I'm not sure on this one but I got killed pretty quickly as I spawned on the second part of the second level. Maybe I spawned on antibodies?
Aside that it's pretty fun!

Interesting take on the theme, and pretty original game! I wish the side effect theme would also be present at the level scale, especially regarding antibodies. They're mostly static here, but they could follow white cells for example, and thus follow you indirectly. As it is here it feel like I'm free to kill cells everywhere as long as I spread enough at the start. And in the second part they're more aggressive too, so idk. Also I got instakilled in the right arm, I think I spawned on an antibody or something? 😅
Also regarding antibodies, they definitely look like bonuses and I died trying to pick it up on my first try :D And it's been mentionned before, but the sound effects are really loud compared to the music, especially when those sounds are repeated a lot when the level is full of viruses!
And yeah, checkpoint at the beginning of each new body part would have been nice :)

Very polished, fun entry! I included it in my GM48 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/mhNq7rNpmB8

There was a solid amount of polish in this one for such a short period of time! I couldnt make it past the torso, maybe im a noob lol.
Sound effects and music were good, art was also really good. Things felt a bit cluttered as the level progresses, I felt like I was getting lost and sometimes would hit an anti-body, but I guess thats the challenge. The screenshake was a good edition aswell, but it felt a little overbearing (in fullscreen atleast, I didnt test it out in windowed).
Overall really solid, the theme could have been incorporated better, but I get the point. I enjoyed this one!

Pros:
- Unique take on the setting
- Sweet music / sounds
- Gameplay was simple but rewarding (sound feedback helped alot i think)
- Art worked well with the theme
Cons:
- When level presentation happens wasn't sure if i need to press a button to continue (select something?) or its a loading screen or something else
- No tutorials on how to move / use abilities took a second to get used to
- Some info on knowing what's good and what's bad could be useful, green is usualy a positive color and although i get why green would be good since you're a virus hence bad, still my first reaction was green is good, red is bad)
- Got 1 crash when going to the bloodstream (for what i think it was the 2nd level, was on the Left Arm level)
- Unsure what going into bloodstream part was rather than just shoot towards the vein
- Also unsure on the side-effects theme (maybe i didn't play long enough...)
Was fun to try it out, good job!

This looked really nice and was satisfying to play. I made it to the second arm. Some checkpoints would be really nice.

Nice game! Running around and collecting killing the cells felt really good, mostly due to the statisfying screen shake and smooth particle effects. Good job with this! My one criticism is that its a bit frustrating when you die, mostly due to getting sent all the way back to the start of the game, but you could easily fix this with some checkpoints :)

oh MAN! So glad I found this game. I saw a gif preview of it in the discord and was blown away. Glad to have finally played the submission when I clicked around at random.
Yeah, this game is pretty good! Visually good--nice use of Filter Effects layer, too... but I didn't really see where the theme kicked in. Oh well. Top contender, easily.

I really enjoyed the style and the graphics of this one, extra points for the gamepad support as well - I think it wasn't always 100% clear what was going on, maybe the instructions went over my head a little, but I enjoyed the process of invading the body and it was a fun one to play, great job!

It's honestly really satisfying to play, from the sound effects to the overall animations. Only wish it had checkpoints, but it's great otherwise!

Thanks! We have had a couple of people commenting about checkpoints now, definitely something to consider.

I liked the art and the feel of the game but I wasn't really sure what was going on or what I was doing half the time.

Very neat and interesting, loved the background music but it was interrupted by the loud sound effects. There was also a lack of checkpoints. I really liked the parts where you swap with the second type of gameplay, but it was missing some variety. Overall, I really liked it and found it pretty immersive!

This was fun! I like the emphasis on map control and speed in the gameplay; you want to have a lot of viruses to help infect cells, but also want to rush to take out the last few cells before your viruses get engulfed by white blood cells. The ambient background music was also a nice touch. For a suggestion, you could try and change the difficulty curve of each match a bit; I found that they were hardest early on in the later levels, when you don't have any viruses and are at risk of getting quickly swallowed by an immune cell.
