The fact that you got this to work within 48 hours is amazing! great work! the movement can feel a little frustrating at times, but its pretty cool.
unfortunately, as many others have pointed out, alot of the assets that were used in the credits directly break the rules of which assets you can use. I think publically available scripts and assets are alright, but art / music assets are not. you mentioned pope's state machine asset, which I think is paid. I wish you well in all this.

Cute game! The visuals work great and the concept is fun. I also really liked the risk / reward of growing bigger. But like other have said the camera is a little too wild, there should be a timer or minimum distance before the camera turn around like that. And yeah I like the honesty of listing the tools you used, but this jam has a very restrictive rule about free assets, scripts, etc. you're allowed to use.
Oh and the sound for plants growing is so much louder that the rest!!

This had a terrible framerate when I downloaded it. Camera went freaky too. It was short and sweet though which I like.
Lots of assets listed in the credits and I'm a little suspicious of that fact. I'm not a narc, but you should double check the rules.

Really neat game! It's always cool to see more "experimental" games like this. As people have already mentioned, the camera and the framerate took away from the experience, but it was still plenty fun to play and I got to the ending!

Cool idea, obviously reminds me of Katamari! Art style is really neat. I like the slippery controls although the camera was going so wild that I almost felt dizzy sometimes. Nonetheless I enjoyed it!

really nice. the 3d stuff is cool. the gameplay is ofc very recognizable and classic fun but the camera made it a bit frustrating at times, which is a shame because there's so much loveliness to see.
super well done!

The 3D style is really amazing. Hitting the powerup and watching the boulder get bigger and bigger was really fun. Not sure if this is intentional, but on the browser version, the game is only playable in fullscreen mode, and gets cut off in windowed mode.
One issue I had was when I had the character standing idle - the camera would rotate to a certain direction in top down view even if it's not the direction the player is facing.
A suggestion I have would be to angle the camera slightly during idle to show what's in front of the player.

First off, the 3D pulled off in 48 hours is very impressive. The sound was fun, and the art style was consistent. My main issue with this would be the way that the camera moves as the angle was kind of annoying at times, but other than that, it was all good. Great job!

That character is adorable I love it. The spritestacking made for a really cool effect but in my case ended up with horrible FPS. Most likely just an issue with my machine but minor optimizations would be good to keep in mind if you ever decide to give this style another go.

While I really appreciate the 3D aspect, I feel like the quick camera movement makes the game a lot more frustrating than it has to be. For me, it feels like it never goes where it should, but other than that, it was great!

3D games like this in such a short time are certainly ambitious and you've pulled it off really well, it's a great, silly, little experience which I had a lot of fun with! I think the floaty controls were intentional? And the way it gets more challenging as you collect more dung makes it all the more interesting. This is a very well executed idea, great job!

Really good, highly-polished and pretty submission! My one concern is how many APIs are listed. Are they all used within the rules (available for free on the Marketplace or on gm48 etc)? I will rate as if they are, just something that may be worth considering for future entries.

Great submission! I loved experiencing a 3D game in GameMaker as I have absolutely no idea how to do that yet haha A suggestion I would have is to implement some sort of cue to the user how many more flowers needs to be fertilized to win the game. Was there a win condition? I played until the game bugged out on me - I think I got trapped with too much fertilizer in a tiny space lol. Overall, great submission and I really enjoyed it!

I love the art direction of this! I can really imagine different worlds with different themes (forest, tundra...) in a full release. Music and sound was good too and i love that you included a functional menu with sound and control options.
The gameplay itself could be a tad frustrating, there were times when I got stuck on an obstacle, when trying to collect a piece of poop. Also, there was no win state? At least I thought I had all the flowers, but it was still going. Another bad thing was the camera. It even made controlling Kheppy frustrating, because you could not easily pick a direction to roll to.
I think the theme is implemented perfectly! Abstract enough, but still recognisable in the gameplay.
Overall well done, with some polish this could be a great little time killer!

Thank you so much for you kind words! There is a "well done!" screen after you deliver to the 20 flowers in the game. Thank you for playing!

I was a bit alarmed when the How to Play menu was blank, but the controls and objective were pretty intuitive. The aesthetics were nice and the art and character design including sound was very sweet. I got a bit stressed when I got stuck in a narrow room with a ton of fertilizer, meaning I got too big to get out, but otherwise seemed very stable. Overall the tone was perfectly set so I enjoyed spending time with Kheppy :)

Insert obligatory joke about poo
Hey you don't see a 3D jam game everyday! Congratulations on that! It was a short game, but also a pretty sweet one. I had some lag going on when my, uh, fertilizer ball grew too big, but I was playing the HTML version so I won't blame you for that. Carefully passing through the gaps was pretty fun too!
Aside from the gameplay, I think you tried to do too much for 48 hours, given some menus not finished and all, but despite that, great entry!

I think this game has a decent concept, but I didn't really feel the execution worked that well for me. I like the idea of the ball of poo growing bigger, and thus making obstacles harder to avoid, yet also letting you move faster. The issue is, there's not really any incentive to go fast. I felt like the best strategy was to find one piece of poop, deliver it to a flower, and repeat, which didn't really end up being that engaging. None of that was helped by the camera, which sort of felt like it just did its own thing and made it hard to tell where I was, what direction I was going, and where my objectives were. Also, I played on web, and occasionally the camera would move to some sort of wide shot that made the game lag like crazy. Still, I appreciate the difficulty in making anything that's even somewhat 3D in game maker and the game and art style both look quite good. I think with some adjustments to the controls, camera, and maybe some additional twist to the objectives, the game could be quite interesting and fun.

Thank you for the great feedback on the mechanics. We definitely wanted to make a dynamic between cargo amount and ease of navigation. Our goal was to mimick the feeling of death stranding. I personally want to keep working on this game and your feedback is really important!

Like that you did it in 3d but the camera was nauseating. Controlls felt super weird with the camera flying all over the place. It was fun to roll around but there wasn't a lot of space to go fast or just have fun moving without running into everything. I would've liked to have seen like some ramps and bigger areas with wide turns. Good game man.
